Biennial hazardous waste final reports, 1978-[ongoing].

Hazardous waste generators and treatment, storage, or disposal (TSD) facilities are required to prepare and submit annual reports (1982-1984) and biennial reports (1985-present) addressing hazardous waste management activities (40CFR262.41 and 40CFR264.75). These reports are then used, beginning 1985, by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to compile a final report for that year. This series contains copies of Biennial Hazardous Waste Final Reports prepared by EPA to document cumulative data on quantities, nature, and disposition of hazardous waste and efforts taken to reduce the volume and toxicity of hazardous waste in comparison to previous years.
